-         Signed Release and Liability Waiver from each User

-         Individuals with medical conditions prohibited from using

-         No drinking/consumption of illegal and non-prescribed drugs

-         No drinks inside the sauna, other than water in good quality water bottles

-         No disposable plastic bottles

-         No smoking or vaping of any kind

-         No shoes. Clean sandals or bare feet in the sauna only

-         No lighters left in the sauna after the fire has been started

-         Do not burn or put anything in the wood burning stove, other than what’s provided

-         If you are doing a cold shower or plunge, please sit/stand on towels when coming back into the sauna

-         Quickly soak up any excess water with towels

-         Remember to close the firebox air flow lever (in the down position) when done with the sauna and lock the trailer when it is not in use

USE OF PROPERTY. The sauna shall be used in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Licensor’s Rules and Regulations and the Licensor’s Written Instructions, which the Licensee acknowledges receipt of.  At the start of the Term, the Licensor will provide the Licensee with an in-person tutorial on how to operate the sauna.  The Licensee shall not cause any damage to the Sauna during the term and is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage cause by the Licensee or any user of the Sauna (authorized or unauthorized) during the Term.  The Licensee assumes all risk of loss, injury, or other damage sustained by any user of the Sauna (authorized or unauthorized) or otherwise cause to any property belonging to the Licensee or any user of the Sauna during the Term.  The Licensee expressly agrees to ensure each user of the Instructions, including but not limited to each user’s execution of a Written Release and Acknowledgment of Risks (copies of which will be provided by the Licensor at the start of the Term), and shall monitor the Sauna to ensure compliance with the Licensor’s Rules and Regulations and Written Instructions at all times during the Term.  The Licensor shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by the Sauna to any user (authorized or unauthorized), or otherwise incurred by the Licensee during the Term, and the Licensee hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Licensor harmless for all such damage or injury.
